This is not just another online program.

It is individual guidance for people who already train, move, explore, or practise - but want help organising the pieces into something that develops over time.

Maybe you lift, stretch, practise yoga, train martial arts, work on handstands, follow mobility routines, explore locomotion, use rings, or save movement drills online.

More pieces do not automatically become a practice.

A practice needs direction, quality, consistency, and an eye for how the pieces connect.

This is what I help you build.

Coaching, teaching, movement education.

Coaching gives you structure, feedback, and accountability.

Teaching helps you understand the movements, principles, and progressions.

Movement education helps you understand what you are doing, why it matters, and how to guide more of your own practice over time.

The aim is not just to follow a program, or make you dependent on me.

The aim is to learn how to practise.

Over time, the practice should become more intelligent, more consistent, and more your own.

What we work on

Your practice may include strength, mobility, joint articulations, handstands, rings, floorwork, locomotion, balance, coordination, elasticity, conditioning, breath, relaxation, and observation.

But the goal is not to collect more tools. The goal is to learn how to use them.

Direction. Quality. Consistency.

The three pillars of the coaching process.

Direction

We organise your training so you know what to practise, why it matters, and how each piece supports the whole.

Instead of jumping between random drills, you begin to follow a clearer thread.

Quality

You learn not just what to practise, but how to see.

Where are you forcing?
Where are you holding unnecessary tension?
What motion is missing?
Where is coordination breaking down?
Where are you using strength to hide a lack of control?

This eye for quality is what turns exercise into education.

Consistency

A practice has to fit your real life.

We build a structure around your body, goals, schedule, limitations, and existing training — so the practice can keep developing over time.

Who this is for

This is for serious beginners and intermediate movers who want personal guidance.

You do not need to be advanced.

But you do need curiosity, consistency, and a willingness to practise.

This is a good fit if:

  • You already train, but your practice feels scattered.

  • You are interested in many areas of movement, but do not know how to organise them.

  • You want to build strength, mobility, coordination, skill, and awareness together.

  • You want feedback on the quality of your movement.

  • You want a practice that supports your main interests - whether that is martial arts, yoga, handstands, calisthenics, mobility.

  • You want to become more self-directed over time.

The minimum commitment is three 60-minute training sessions per week and one 15-minute daily practice.

If you are eager and do the work, you will be surprised at what’s possible for you.
