What does it look like?
A personalised training plan renewed every 6 weeks.
Online instructional videos explaining each movement and progressions.
Video support calls at the end of Week 1 and Week 6. Ad-hoc feedback available at any time.
Subjects include sensitivity, physical and mental relaxation, joint articulations, mobility, linear and organic strength patterning, elasticity, conditioning, handstands, gymnastic rings, floor work and locomotion.
Who is it for?
Self-disciplined individuals seeking physical transformation - get stronger, more flexible, pain-free and learn skills such as hand-balancing and locomotion.
The minimum time commitment is three 60 minute training sessions per week and one 15 minute practice session per day.
If you are eager and do the work, you will be surprised at what’s possible for you.
How much is it?
1 Block (6 weeks) - $450 AUD
2 Blocks (3 months) - $800 AUD
4 Blocks (6 months) - $1500 AUD
